Improve input match of a power splitter

Hi All,

Do anyone having idea how to improve performance of a power splitter.The input having mono block(there is cavity underneath),ic limiter?

Pls contribute some idea?is it possible to have S11 better than 20 somthing dB?Thanks in advance.

If the impedance are different then only S11 gives bad.
Measure the impedance using NA and tune the matching to 50ohm.
