Import RS-274x (extended Gerber) in PCAD 2004

Hi everybody,

I'm fairly new to PCAD, I have some experience in OrCAD before. Right now I need to import some Gerber files into PCAD2004, but I cannot seem to do it. I think it's a problem of the D-code apertures, that do not get imported together with the Gerber file, although they are defined in it. Does anyone know how do do this, or at least how to get the aperture information from extended Gerber into PCAD?
