Import Intel Hex .hex file to ExternSRAM/EEPROM in AVR Studio 5 (megaAVR128)

Hi all!

Is anyone know any way to upload IntelHex based *.hex file of SRAM or EEPROM memory in new AVR Studio 5?

This option in AVR Studio 4 is (in Debug mode) under:
Debug -> Up/Download Memory

I somewhere on forum found someone said that that function in Studio 5 is:
Tools -> AVR Programming
but there is no Upload or Load file and Program button does nothing.

Also, another question, is there option for Extended SRAM in Studio 5? In Studio 4 this is under:
Debug -> AVR Simulator Options (Alt+O)
