Hi all
I need to simulate some OP-AMPs and MOSFETs in Cadence ADE, as parts of a bigger design.
the op-amp (e.g. THS3091) is easily done by importing the Texas Instruments Spice model into ADE and simulating it. But, the MOSFETs (e.g. CDS25834F4, that has ENCRYPTED spice model) is faced by Spectre with some errors due to not understanding the encryption.
Does anybody have any idea? Does the encryption block the Spectre simulation? or somewhere else I'm wrong?
Thanks a lot, in advance!
