Implementing splash screens and associate file in InnoSetup

Hello,

I am using inno setup to create some software installation setups, I need to know how I can implement splash screens when I first start the setup executable, and how I can associate some file extensions in windows registry to my software so that they are automatically opened with my software after I install it, for example:

*.klm is opened by certain software so that its associated at installation time.
