Can anybody give the circuit/concept for implementing the inverse circuit(ie if v give x as an input , the circuit should give 1/x). ...For binary nos(digital implementation) ....
This sort of thing is often done with a lookup table. You precompute the answers for the desired range of inputs and then pre-load them into a BlockRam within the FPGA.
I think using some look uptables with predefined values would be a better way of doing it rather than giong in for some complete sequential or combinational block......
Some context on the application is needed if you can't find a schematic or
parts list. Zeners are usually used for either protection or as a
reference. What is it connected to?
