He has lots of links to useful information. http://www.normankoren.com/Audio/ Also look at Duncan's amp pages, especially the section on "Spice simulation + models" http://www.duncanamps.com/ I think you might have an easier time looking for spice models for the tubes and translating those to matlab code.
