Image subtraction in Matlab

Hi..

im dealing with image subtraction in matlab..but the problem is that the 2 pictures seems to just overlap each other.the result image is not the desired output subtracted image..what seems to be the problem?..

thanks for the reply..by the way we already solved it..the problem now is how to track the human?
