We are doing a project on picture/cover recognition using SIFT.
Need help in d procedure after detection of keypoints. How to refine d no. of keypoints?
Also while making d image pyramid why do we have to downsample the lower image?

A lot of threshold parameters are configurable on that algorithm, and you must perform proper adjustements on this configuration according target application.
