I'm looking for pic programmer for 24F series

Hi picnoobie,
Would you please tell me whether the " icd2_3.3vtarget_1719.rar (134.7 KB) "
schematic can be used for 3.3v targets ? (J & K series of PICs).
If yes,can you post the firmwares of 16f877a & 18f4550?
Is there any level converter for "blueroomelectronics_pickit_2_lite_2075.pdf (44.6 KB) "?the schematic is here:
