Dear all,
I am new with spectre simulation.
One warning saying:"Illegal library definition found in netlist".
Following is the head of my library:

(parameter definition)

so, would you like give any suggestion?

The model file is from the foundry. It should be no problem. The error maybe the directory definition of library file
