IGBT or MOSFET gate drive required

Hello
I have experienced on IR2110 at higher 16khz it is working fine. For three phase generation.
IR2110 circuit is large in size I want igbt/mosfet driver ic which is low in pin count or external parts

TC4452 from Microchip is one of the best IC drivers. Take a look at the product page for further recomandations of similar products:

It even comes in 5 pins TO-220 package. No external parts needed (as low-side driver).
