can anyone help me to design IR2110 for full bridge inverter instead of using transistor

IR2110 does not have isolation

You need two IR2110 since it is half bridge driver. But you should also use opto-coupler between microcontroller and gate driver. I assume you have considered shoot through.

I was wondering what steps I would need to learn in order to interface an optocoupler with a PIC output?

which one can i use (opto-couplers ) between microcontroller and driver ?
