If the AM wave transmisted, its phase will be shifted. What is the solution at the receiver to overcome this problem?

I don't think the phase shift in the RF carrier has any practical meaning; the AM detector effectively ignores it, its output representing the average amplitude (or strength) of the carrier. An AM transmitter generates an RF signal whose amplitude is proportional to that of the modulating signal from a microphone or other program source.
