Identifying the oscilator

hello;
i have this past paper question relevant to a oscillator
they have given the following schematic and question is
"identify the type of oscillator giving reasons"


i tried lecture notes,some books but couldnt figure out this is a hartely or colprits or any other type,i dont see this circuit has standard tank circuit.

I'd classify this as a Clapp oscillator but I must admit I've never seen an oscillator like this.
