Identify smd components and value... capacitor and ic ?

the left one i think is multicapacitor??? how to determine value of it? second in my noobish QUEST some kind of ic??? has three markings "6VJ" they both sitting on usb line...
thanks for any help and dont be hard on me i just self learning noob.

The "L" indentifier suggests that it's rather a common mode choke. The 5-pin IC could be an overvoltage suppressor, just a guess. To which pins of the USB connector are the signals connected?

idk if it helps,the pc motherboard have same size choke just with 8 contacts instead of four... any ideas i can use choke and ic from pc mobo?
