Hi all.

Does have anybody an OrCAD library or a Spice model of an integrated circuit ICE2HS01G? The manufacturer Infineon doestn't provide either. Any web link or a folder would help. Thanx.
 

If Infineon doesn't disclose device parameters beyond the datasheet spec, who would be able to set up a model?

You can make a basic functional model implementing the device specs, but don't expect to get anything out that you didn't put in before.
