ccsdbgpic12f629_675-calib.hex

I read at ccsinfo.com ,that PIC12F675, 16F676 is supported by ICD-S.
I connect my ICD1 (by Microchip) with that's PIC (clock,data,MCLR) ,
download to ICD1 ccsicd.hex.
Hm, no any problems via connect ICD, via check target! All Ok .
(use 20MHz version, too not any problems)
But when I run debug in PICC v.3.187 : device writing ok, then messege
that I must checked osc. clock and MCLR and correct this problem.
_____Help me to understand and correct this problem.
I download the latest ver. ICD-S
Maybe I don't install something in PICC or something else....

HELP

2. what is that file's:
ccsdbgpic12f629_675-calib.hex
