ic5141 :can not find si.out for lvs

in ic5141 when do LVS, it faills , when i try to see the output file, it report like "can not find si.out", what it means? how to fix?

Look where data are saved!!
"Run Directory"
Probably you can't write in this directory.
 

sir, the run directory is : /usr/cadence/LVS, but any problem with that?
