How can I find IBIS models of electronic components ? Any database ?

I'm unaware of any centralized repository. Have seen vendors deliver IBIS
models for specific parts. You may have to "roll your own" using something
close (like one guy's "5mA CMOS I/O in 1.8V" is pretty much like another's
in the pin-exposed attributes) and manage the mapping.

Most manufacturers will usually have some IBIS info for their devices. It is usually the high speed side you are going to simulate, such as DDR memory etc. Have fun...
