hai all,

i need the IBIS model for philips(P89C51RD2BN) and hitahi(HM62256lp).pls can anyone send the files or links to me.

Hi,

It is not easy to find models for slow old devices so use approximation with HCMOS devices or use original datasheets to create IBIS models.
