Yes it is for Xilinx FPGA. the model is DLC9G.
 

Does anyone have a another Xilinx JTAG programmer cable, Platform Cable USB II (**broken link removed**) or Platform Parallel Cable IV, that can be rented or sold? It is perfected to be in cairo.
