how can I get the Tools for Static Timing Analysis primetime, I want it's software.
if One can take it to me??!!
please help me, I want it for my coarse (project)
I want to measure the delay of Dadda multiplier hspice program

you are so naive to think that you can get a free link for a tool such as Primetime...Sorry to disappoint you.
These tools cost hundreds of thousands of dollars for a single license.

Please check with your university about their availability...Universities get for much much cheaper prices.
