Hello,
Do you know the on-point-to-word-by-mouse translator Easy Lingo ?? It's a Windows program, I want to find a similar one but works under Linux!
Did anyone hear about it?

about dictionaries check if wordtrans has and arabic - english dictionary, or maybe if you like so much the software that you use in windows, try to put it in on linux configuring wine, wine if a free software for emulate windows software on linux, try using that.

Not that I'm aware of. This is unfortunately one place where it's easier to run Windows than Linux. As mentioned by Ragnarok83, try running your translation software under wine.

I tried to run Windows translator under X Cross Over, which is powerfull windows emulator, but didn't work propably
