I want a inverter circuit diagram with operation using mosfet that input 12v dc and output will sine wave 220v ac with 50hz frequency.

It may help you to make a sine wave inverter from a square wave inverter. I just informing you the technique.

First, pass the square wave throw a RC filter, then, use a single bit D/A converter with a capacitor feedback with a buffer configuration. Finally you'll get a sine wave corresponding to the square wave.

so its not very tough to make a sine wave inverter at all.
