composite to rgb circuit

I search a circuit that convert composite video PAL to RGB for 12V
I will a circuit than can controll whis normaly Resistors !
I will Not controll the circuit ( IC) whis I2C !, only whis Potentiometer.
I search a easy circuit
My ideal Ic the TDA 8362 is discontinued from Phillips !
The circuit iss for my Original Opel Car NAVI System an the LCD Display, whis i connectet whis an DVB-t Receiver, that works great.

conversion from composite video to rgb

That circuit work whis an MCU whis Firmware ( controll the I2C Bus ), the Author give NOT only the Firmware !
I wont NOT a circuit whis controll over I2C

can you help me to find out how to convert the VGA screen to use it as monitor viewing Pal from recivers or dvb or any vedio source ?
