I need TriQuint TQP 13 PDK FOR ads

The PDKs are distributed by Triquint and are available for immediate use with the Agilent ADS software.

To get access to these kits (and most other foundry PDKs for any software) you need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) so if you get it from anyone else they, and you, are breaking the rules.
