5-8 line decoder

Hi I need to Implement a 5-bit grey code counter that increments twice every second and whose equivalent decimal values are:
0, 1, 3, 2, 6, 7, 5, 4, 12, 13, 15, 14, 10, 11, 9, 8, 24, 25, 27, 26, 30, 31, 29, 28, 20, 21, 23, 22, 18, 19, 17, 16, 0, 1, … and this must be displayed on a 7 segment display what is the best way to implement it and how many lines do I need. Please help
