I need help to design 12 batterry system management with max14920.

Check the datasheet of the component to set the target for yourself.

Which controller did you plan use for the design? and the datasheet application notes and diagram are still the starting point. So check and read to understand the basic of the chip and lets solve the problem together.

Did your selected microcontroller comes with SPI peripheral interface, and have learn the max14920 pin assignment and function?
