The Philips 107T21 / 88 monitor electrical scheme is required to identify a burned resistor near the MOSFET transistor at the power supply input.
 

Try an internet search for:
Philips 107T21 / 88 crt schematic

Or you might spot a power supply for a related Philips crt.

It's possible the resistor went bad because some other component in your power supply went bad, and sent disastrous current through the resistor.
