Frequency substractor

I am currently doing a frequency substractor by using phase-lock loop (PLL). Can anyone suggest a good circuit for me? Thanx!

Re: Frequency substractor

you may use AD633. It will two signals at input. that is Asinw1t and Bsinw2t. It is multiplier IC so it gives output as BA/2(sin(w1+w2)t+sin(w1-w2)t).
Now use any high pass filter may be 2nd order butterworth filter. You may refer any standard book for designing filter. the specification of AD633 is available on net it is IC from Anolog devices. I have used it. if any problem, ask it.
