I need a smartmouse design

Hi all,

I needto program a "golden wafer" card, which contains a PIC16F84A and a 24C16 flash ROM, i've heared about a programmer calles SmartMouse, but could not get a detailed SCH and S/W through web surfing.

Any body can help?
