i wrote this tread in more than one department in the forum, but i don't know which one should i write in !!!
I need a MOS transistor with BW>3MHz and can drive a current ~ 20 A
i am using IRF510 and it has BW =~ 20MHz but it can't drive current higher than 5A
could you help me finding such a Mosfet ???
and if yes, i need more than one suggestion depending on which available for me and which not
thanks.

20 A loading is very tough, why don't you use 4 parallel IRF510 to carry 20A. but for such current you should use isolated circuitry ( transformer based).
