Please can anyone advice me concerning my problem am willing to buy one if the price is moderate
 

On what level ?
SMD, BGA, .... professional PCB or DIP cases with easy routing on one - two layers ?


What you consider under good ?


What you mean under manufacturing tools ?



I often use Eagle with Eagle3D.
