I need 2 use 61 v/m rms electric field plane wave in CST MWS...can ne 1 help?

I need 2 use 61 v/m rms electric field plane wave...The input in the electric field vector in plane wave dialog box in CST MWS is the absolute value or the rms value.........what should I write 2 define 61 V/m rms e-field value...........plz help !!!
