I have a collision in PCB layout after placement comonent in Altium Designer 10.
How can I solve this problem?

It seems there are component overlaps. You might have placed one component over the other.
 

either components are placed over other or very close .. if they dont hamper much try changing the rules according to your need!!! that at the same time doesn't effect the functionality
