I got problems with flash memory

I wanna use the flash memory in my DSP 8323, but it just don't let me, and every time I debug, the flash memory is totally cleared, is there any way to prevent this? Because I need to write some some data and then read it later but I can´t prove that they remain when the power tuns off, can someone help me with that, please???
 

Which flash memory you are using?
Check rour write routine , i think you may not able to write in flash memory.
