humidity sensor question

Hi,
can anybody say to me that what is the type (resistance change,capacitance change,digital out or ...) of humidity sensor that I attached it's pic??
and how can I use it??

I searched the web for ACROSENS humidity sensor but not found this model.

I want connect this sensor to MCU.
I give 5v to one of it's pins and measure the voltage between the other pin and GND ,and see the output change . I pour water to the sensor's holes and the output go 5v fixed.
but I am Uncertain yet that the sensor is resistance change or capacitance change. I connected it's pin's correctly or no. Can I only measure the output voltage with PIC ADC?
what is the relation between output voltage and humidity of air??
 


Thanks. I want to use this sensor to detecting if water Infiltrate to my robot.

I know that this work can do with two wire that short circuit with water, but this work is local and I want this to cover all inside of robot, and I control it continuously.

have you other idea?

I know a Finland vendor; Vaisala: they has good humidity sensors too, especially for clima equipments, OK honeywell is a concurrent ...
Sorry, I dont have other ideas at thes time.
