Hi
i have this file of model of mosfet RF but i cant use it please help me to use it!!
i want to use "1.8V CORE DEVICE MODELS " in my project.
How can i change number of mosfet properties
please write a line of function.

Have you used a .lib statement such as:

.lib c:\"path to library"\rf018.l TT_RFMOS

i want to use""1.8V CORE DEVICE MODELS "" but how?

me too, i have this problem, i want to use << .MODEL nch_rf.1 >> with this Syntax :

.lib 'rf018.l' TT_RFMOS
mn1 2 1 0 0 nch_rf.1 w=7u l=0.18u

but deal with this error:
**error** model name nch_rf.1 in the element 0:mn1
is not defined.

can you help me?
