can anyone pass me some basic articles or tutorials on HSPICE, HPSPICE, NANOSIM, HSIM.....

There is a Hspice train report. It is very useful for all level designer.
 

hspice mannual is everywhere
use google serach it 17Mb
 

Can anyone compare these products?
 

I rate HSPICE as a better simulator than any other
one, so far as analog design simulation is concerned.
