HP iPAQ hx4700 external microphone schematic?

Hi,

Does anyone know where to get a schematic for a HP iPAQ hx4700 audio in/out?
I plan to use it as an Pocket Oscilloscope (Pocket Multi-Instrument 1.0)
There is following info:
