How would you connect an arduino to a PC wirelessly?

After a bit of research it looks as though I will need the following:

This goes straight on top of my arduino

This goes into the usb port of my pc and the other end attaches to one of these:
**broken link removed**And there are probably some jumpers or switches that I need to set to determine which is the master and which is the slave?

Is this correct?
