How we can decrease response time of an IC temperature sensor?

Hello to every one
as you know IC temperature sensors are widely use in measuring temperature in the range of -40C to about 150C. they have large and linear output VS temperature. also they are low cost and precision. But response time is a problem in such sensors. how we can decrease their response time?

Your discussion of course improve knowledge of group.
 

OK. I start first post
I think that if we use large pads for IC temperature sensor in PCB, it can be a good way to transfer heat into IC.
