[SOLVED] How to Write an efficiently Atmega8 internal Eeprom?

Hello,

I have one application of using eeprom, in that i have to write internal eeprom of atmega8 frequently. I mean i have to write data 10,000 times per day. So if i use one address of eeprom to store data then a per datasheet said my eeprom goes to failure.

Can any one tell me how to utilize all address to write efficiently internal eeprom of avr?
