Hi
I have xilinx spartan 3. When i make DCM from coregen, the error pop up message coming from coregen.

The message is " dcm must be made above 18Mhz".
But in my case, input clock frequency from camera sensor is 1~12Mhz.
Also,i just want using deskew (for clean input/output clock) not phase shift clock.
So i need another way. But i'm not sure what am i do.

Could you please let me know. Are there any method in this case?

The message tells you the same thing as the data sheet, that the minimum clock frequency for the DCM is 18MHz. The implementation tools will take care any internal clock skew, you don't have to worry about that, especially since your clock frequency is relatively low. What is your actual concern?
