How to use this Vibration Sensor ?

https://www.rhydolabz.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=137_148&products_id=458

It seems to be connected to ADC after converting to DC but how to know how much voltage it generates for how much vibration ?

What value of resistor is safe to make it drop to 5V. I will be using it with a 3.3V PIC and hence I will use a 3V Zener on adc pin to limit the Voltage. If the V after dropping from resistor is 5V max then can it destroy the zener ?

hello

it seems this sensor deliver a signal trough a capacitor, and need high impedance entry

this simple interface wich use only one transistor could be enough ..
a zener to limit positive input and a diode connected to +5V DC supply
if overvoltage , input imedance decrease a lot , so reduce voltage at very low value..
Another diode shunt negative voltage input , because of differenciation of signal by RC filter (internal C of sensor and (1 Meghom + beta Re in parrallele).
ADC input is protected.. maxi=5V

i am sure there is clever solution..but not so simple.
