How to use Max620

I've got some Max620 .I've got a 24V DCmotor and I want to use this control 4 MOSFET(H bridge) .Sample chematic in it's datasheet only for 5V motor .Can I modify this schematic for 24V motor.(I have IRFZ44 & IRF540 MOSFET)

Re: How to use Max620

Unfortunately without external buffers/level-shifters you can not use MAX620 for voltages higher than 5Vdc ..

Re: How to use Max620

Is there any IC which I can use for this work

How to use Max620

I recommend the IR company chips such as IR2000 series.

max620 can drive up to 16.5V
