how to use SDL for 250 sheet schematics

I'm now on progress to produce layout by using SDL. usually im just create layout from just 10-20 sheet of schematic. but now my schematic is 250 sheets, so how to perform a layout for this complecated schematic? did me should devide this 250 sheet to small partition? pls help me pls...
thanks...
 

Pls somebody expert in IC design EDA tool help me. i'm still newbie here,
