How to use RC network to create frequency for RTC

i have problem while creating RC network for generating frequency for RTC that is 32.685 Khz. actually i am weak in analog electronic so no idea regarding RC network. and how to build for genereting any frequency.

thank you but i want to use RC network because most times accurate crystal is not getting. and need to wait for long time like now.

An RC oscillator will not be very accurate. What type of accuracy do you need?

RTC should work properly like when use crystal.

What do you mean "properly"? An RC oscillator will not be near as stable or accurate as a crystal.
