i am now designing an injection locked oscillator.
the trans simulation is OK.
however, when i use pss, i find the output in time domain or in freq domain is very small.
why?
in the trans simulation, the output clock is exactly 2.5G, which is proved by eye diagram and freq calculation.

I have used pss simulation. but which parameters are you going to simulate? The output power vs. input power?

I think you can also try to simulate the output power in time domain with transaction simulation and compare the results.
